Danmass

London-based DJs Mr. Dan and Massimo (Bonaddio) later shifted focus to production and assembled the project Danmass. Their recordings deliver electro-tinged old-school breaks on the British imprint Dust 2 Dust, which has issued solo and collaborative material from both artists. The duo first entered production in 1995 by supplying the label’s second release, the single “Breakout.” Additional tracks from Mr. Dan and from Danmass continued to surface on Dust 2 Dust, and the 1999 debut album Form Freaks became the label’s first single-artist LP.
