Biography
Emerging as a captivating vocalist whose ethereal tones infuse electronic pop landscapes with emotional depth, Elley Duhé first captured widespread notice through her 2017 breakout track "Millennium" and soon built broader recognition by lending her voice to club anthems such as Gryffin's "Tie Me Down" and Zedd's "Happy Now." Complementing her 2018 EP Dragon Mentality, she has steadily issued independent material that includes 2019's "Good Die Young" and 2023's "Delirium."
Born in 1992 near Mobile, Alabama, Duhé started singing in childhood and was already composing and performing original material by her teenage years. After auditioning unsuccessfully for NBC's The Voice in 2012, she persisted in refining her style and eventually moved to Los Angeles. In 2016 she unveiled the introspective single "Immortal" and teamed with electronic producer Tarro on "Millennium," a track that spread virally and surpassed one million streams. The next year she partnered with producers ILLA and Cool & Dre for the follow-up "Fly." January 2018 brought the upbeat "Can You Touch," while July saw her achieve an international dance success on Zedd's "Happy Now," which climbed to number eight on Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart. Building on that momentum, she appeared on Gryffin's "Tie Me Down," which reached number 11 on the Dance Club Songs chart. Later in 2018 she issued her debut EP, Dragon Mentality. Subsequent standalone releases encompassed 2019's "Good Die Young" and 2020's "Love Me Hard," followed by "Kids of the Night" and "Traitor" in 2021 and "Pieces" in 2022. Duhé then collaborated with Clean Bandit, Lost Frequencies, Whethan, and Teddy Swims before dropping the solo single "Delirium" in 2023.
