Biography
FakkelBrigade, the Dutch rap ensemble tied to Amsterdam-based Top Knotch Records, arrived on the scene in 2009 through the Top Ten album Colucci Era. Drawing together multiple Top Knotch affiliates into what amounts to a supergroup, the lineup features producer A.R.T. (born Ali Reza Tahoeni) alongside rappers Phreako Rico (born Ricardo McDougal), Sticks (aka Sticky Steez; born Junte Uiterwijk), Typhoon (born Glenn de Randamie), Sanders, and James. Colucci Era reached number seven on the Dutch albums chart.
