Biography
Grayson Gilmour, a New Zealand singer, songwriter, and composer, produces an atmospheric style that blends synth-driven electronica with finely crafted Baroque pop. Born in Wellington, New Zealand, he began making his own music while still a teenager. At age 20 he launched the dance-oriented neo-post-punk band So So Modern, which he toured with for several years and for which he issued several well-received albums. During the same stretch of time he also started scoring films. His first full-length album, No Constellation, appeared in 2010. A series of singles followed before he issued his second studio effort, Infinite Life!, in 2014. Gilmour came back in 2017 with his third album, Otherness, which contained the singles "Hundred Waters" and "Blow Back."
