Biography
Karri, a vocalist based in San Francisco, focuses on woozy and dreamlike R&B ballads, which he occasionally remixes even more intensely using his "Lo' N Slo'" method. As a Filipino-American who sings, writes songs, and produces, he entered the commercial scene in 2021 via the trap-styled rap track "Rosetta," though he quickly shifted toward melodic contemporary R&B and achieved a breakthrough via the sparse, emotional 2023 single "3AM Oakland." The 2024 follow-up "Oakland, Pt. 2" featured on his debut EP Late Nite Slider Music, issued through Geffen.
