Biography
Hailing from Massachusetts, the five-piece collegiate folk-rock outfit Leticia was fronted by its namesake member, who served as lead vocalist, guitarist, and primary songwriter, with additional contributions from vocalist Andrea Talbot and bassist Rhys Davies. The group’s first album, No Songs About Trains, surfaced in 1993, and the EP Vietnam followed in 1995. Their next full-length release, Barely, arrived in mid-1997 and adopted a tougher rock edge along with melodies shaped by Brit-pop.
