Mint 400, a London outfit, blend the rebellious edge of punk with dense heavy metal arrangements in a deliberate push against Britain’s saturation with techno and indie sounds. Their unsettling lyrics and unconventional song forms led Vilebeat Records to issue the band’s debut album, Intercomfort, in 1999.
