Biography
Leroy "Precise" Edwards, the production mastermind whose résumé also includes contributions to Mystikal and Black Menace, steered New Orleans' Partners-N-Crime through their 1996 debut LP PNC 3. Whatcha Wanna Do? surfaced the next year, and the group's third album, We Be Houndn, appeared in 1999.
