Biography
Patricia Sosa, the Argentinean Latin rock singer, launched her professional path by delivering cover material with the band Nomady Soul and soon afterward assumed lead vocals for the project La Torre, completing her first recordings late in 1981. Her distinctive and captivating voice prompted a move to solo work in the early 1990s, beginning with the self-titled debut album unveiled in a live presentation at Buenos Aires’ Coliseo Theater and followed by a live album issued in 1991. Outside her own catalog, she joined other prominent Latin artists on the 1996 Emilio Estefan–produced compilation Voces Unidas.
