Secret Circuit

Eddie Ruscha, offspring of the Los Angeles visual artist Edward Ruscha, operates Secret Circuit as an electronica outlet that fuses psychedelic techno rooted in the 1990s with an eclectic dancefloor sensibility clearly shaped after 2010. He established the indie rock groups Medicine and Maids of Gravity at their inception and later contributed to the experimental ensembles Radar Brothers and Future Pigeon. The Secret Circuit identity first surfaced in 1996 through the self-released experimental set Cosmic Sword #1, an effort succeeded by numerous further recordings. Untitled arrived in 2000 and unveiled his far less concealed alias Dada Munchamonkey, yet after roughly fifteen underground releases Secret Circuit moved into the foreground once Tropical Psychedelics appeared on the Emotional Response label in 2012. Tactile Galactics came next in 2013 via Beats in Space, the imprint run by Tim Sweeney.
