Jason Slater, an alumnus of Third Eye Blind, assembled Snake River Conspiracy specifically to generate rock music of unmatched intensity, extremity, and provocation. The project fuses industrial, electronic, pop, and punk textures, all propelled by the sultry vocals of lead singer Tobey Torres. Sonic Jihad stands as the outfit’s first album.
