Solid Harmonie

British dance-pop ensemble Solid HarmoniE, also known by the shorthand SHE, launched their stage appearances throughout Europe once they issued the opening single “Got 2 Have Ya.” The quartet was initially assembled around Beki—born Rebecca Barrington Onslow—alongside Melissa, born Melissa Ashley Graham, Mariama, born Mariama Goodman, and Elisa, born Elisa Frances Cariera, yet the configuration shifted once Mariama departed and Melissa chose to pursue an independent path.

During 1997 the group transferred operations to Orlando, Florida, where they produced their self-titled first album that contained the charting tracks “I Want You to Want Me” and “I’ll Be There For You.” Puerto Rican performer Jenilca Guisti joined as the replacement member two years later.
