Biography
M2M, the Norwegian teen pop duo built around vocalist/guitarist Marit Larsen and vocalist/keyboardist Marion Raven, first reached American listeners with the single “Don’t Say You Love Me.” The track landed on the Pokemon soundtrack and received gold certification in late 1999. Their debut full-length album, Shades of Purple, followed in spring 2000. After sharing stages with Hanson, the duo issued The Big Room stateside in 2002; its weak commercial showing led them to announce an official split before the year closed.
