Biography
Although Priviledge and Billy Woods first crossed paths in 2002 while Woods recorded tracks for his Camouflage project alongside Cannibal Ox’s Vordul Mega, the classically trained multi-instrumentalist and rapper Priviledge contributed rhymes only to the song “Wonderful World.” Their debut full-length as Super Chron Flight Brothers did not surface until 2007. In the intervening years activity continued nonetheless: Edge appeared on Woods’ solo debut The Chalice, and both artists joined the Reavers alongside Spiega, Akir, Vordul Mega, and others for the 2005 album Terror Firma. That same year the duo began work on their own project, which emerged in 2007 as Emergency Powers on Backwoodz Studioz; its debut single “Dirtweed” was produced by MF Doom.
