Biography
Russ Wright, serving as singer, songwriter, guitarist, and madman, fronted the Demonics when the band first gained notice in 1996 through their debut single "Super Bee," a punk 'n' surf track that also nodded to the Stooges and the Ramones. Following numerous live shows across their home state of California, Man's Ruin Records issued the group's second single, "R.I.P. S.T.P.," in 1997. The label then released the Demonics' debut full-length, Formaldehyde Injection, the next year, while Demons on Wheels arrived in mid-2000.
