Biography
Producer Bob Rosenberg launched a Florida-based trio that first included Dr. J and Maria Mendez among its lineup. The project later condensed into a duo featuring Rosenberg alongside Elin Michaels. Although its name derives from a concept in Friedrich Nietzsche’s writings, the act cultivated a mellow adult contemporary style. Their medley of Peter Frampton’s “Baby, I Love Your Way” and Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Free Bird” reached number one in late 1988.
