Wilson Meadows

Wilson Meadows, a journeyman Southern soul singer, launched his career as part of the doo wop outfit the Zircons, whose several singles appeared in the late 1960s. Once he left that ensemble he teamed with his siblings to create the Meadows Brothers, whose 1977 single “I Can’t Understand” reached the charts. By the 1990s he was issuing his own recordings, among them Memories in 1997, Dealing Real in 2000, Choices in 2002, Back to Basics in 2004, and Love Bomb in 2006.
