Biography
In the early 1990s, singer and guitarist Craig Kambeitz teamed up with Gerry Patenaude on guitar, Brent Jones on bass, and Kyle Jones on percussion to launch the band Acoustic Love in Nanaimo, located on the east coast of Vancouver Island, Canada. Their first release, the independently issued album Soul Shine, appeared in 1996 and earned airplay on Christian radio stations. Acoustic Love disbanded in early 2000, after which Kambeitz went on to perform with the distinctive Nanaimo-based musical duo Ten Strings and a Bow.
