Biography
In 1993 the Dutch pop/rock trio Alderliefste assembled and quickly earned notice through distinctive interpretations of cover material. Gerard Alderliefste serves as lead vocalist and guitarist, Arnd Broeke plays bass, and Luc de Bruin handles drums, although Broeke exited in 2008 and Robert Kramers took his place. Life in Luxembourg marked their debut album in 1995. The 1999 follow-up Alderliefste contained several original compositions, and the adventurous group delivered Your Maintiendrai in 2004, an album recorded entirely in French.
