Biography
Originating as a swift, hard-hitting stoner fuzz trio in Houston, Texas, American Sharks shifted their operations to Austin. There the group’s live shows—fusing punk energy, metal drive, and classic hard-rock foundations—quickly cultivated a loyal following. Guitarist Will Ellis, bassist and singer Mike Hardin, and drummer Nick Cornetti make up the lineup. After signing with the End Records they tracked their self-titled debut, the Bryan Richie-produced American Sharks released in 2013, across four days at Fifth Street Studios in Austin.
