Anushka

Blending classic house grooves with melodic singing and refined low-end rhythms, the British duo Anushka records for Brownswood Recordings, the imprint run by Gilles Peterson. Comprising producer Max Wheeler and vocalist Victoria Port, the pair came together in 2012 and joined the label the following year. Their introductory EP Distorted Air surfaced in 2014, with the album Broken Circuit arriving later in the same period.
