Biography
Los Angeles gave rise to the female dance-pop duo Bardeux, whose founding lineup paired Stacy "Acacia" Smith with Jazz. Their album Bold as Love delivered the Top 40 hit "When We Kiss." In 1989 Melanie Taylor assumed Jazz's role in the group.
