Bingo Players have built their reputation on creating energetic and vibrant electro-house tracks perfect for the dance floor. The project originated in 2006 when the Dutch DJ duo Maarten Hoogstraten and Paul Bäumer released the Sonic Stomp EP, quickly gaining attention through their mainstream house productions and dynamic remixes. Over time, their initially minimal approach evolved into a more intricate and exhilarating style that heavily features inventive vocal samples, as heard in the 2011 single "Cry (Just a Little)," which reached the Top Ten on the pop charts in the Netherlands. Their follow-up hit came in 2012 with "Get Up (Rattle)," a Top 20 collaboration alongside Far East Movement. Prior to his passing from cancer in 2013, Bäumer encouraged Hoogstraten to keep the Bingo Players project alive, prompting a series of releases that encompasses the successful "Knock You Down" from 2014, a tense reinterpretation of the earlier track "Devotion" in 2020, the melodically pop-oriented "Static Body" released in 2023, and the 2024 joint effort "Our House" featuring Fatman Scoop.
