Biography
Formed in Britain during the 1980s, the heavy metal outfit initially operated as Satan and embraced a black magic orientation. A rebranding took place in 1984, when the group adopted the name Blind Fury and pursued a more secular direction. The lineup featured Lou Taylor on vocals, Steve Ramsey and Russ Tippins on guitar, Graeme English on bass, and Sean Taylor on drums. Blind Fury issued its lone album, Out of Reach, in 1985, yet the record achieved no greater success than the band’s earlier work and the ensemble disbanded in 1986.
