Biography
Cultus Ferox came together in 2001 as a German medieval rock band that shared common ground with Corvus Corax yet placed greater weight on its rock drive than on medieval textures. The outfit issued its debut album, Wiederkehr, in 2003; later that same year the band followed up with Weihnachtstanze and Flamme des Meeres. Aufbruch arrived in 2005, after which Fernweh and Unbeugsam both appeared in 2006.
