Biography
Emerging among the cohort of French rappers who rose after posting freestyle clips on YouTube, Deen Burbigo earned recognition as a leading prospect in the nation’s hip-hop community. A native of Marseille, he took up rapping at sixteen; once he settled in Paris he refined his style while completing a history degree and holding a position as an animator. Known for regular appearances on the battle circuit, he accepted an invitation to enter the 1995 collective L’Entourage, guested on recordings with Guizmo, Taipan and Triptik, and issued his debut album Inception in 2012.
