Doorly

Doorly fuses electro, house, breaks, trap, dubstep, ragga and countless additional styles capable of tearing up club sound systems, marking him as an unrestricted DJ and producer shaped by rave culture. Having left London for a base in Los Angeles, he first built his reputation in the UK by curating Ministry of Sound’s popular Milkshake nights and later secured a prominent Ibiza role as resident DJ for the Ibiza Rocks events. His recording debut arrived in 2009 with the electro EP Toys on Wax On Music, while Ministry of Sound captured his residency the following year on the mix CD Ibiza Rocks Presents Reclaim the Dancefloor. A year after that, MOS issued the follow-up mix album Ibiza Rocks 2011 at the same time Doorly was named Usher’s official DJ. In 2012 Diplo’s Mad Decent put out the DJ’s rave-flavored single “Rush” featuring Soraya Vivian, and Southern Fried simultaneously released the track “Something to Say.”
