Born in Sydney, Australia, Thomas Rawle makes music under the alias Dreller while based in London. The multi-instrumentalist, animator, and filmmaker specializes in shadowy, rhythm-driven bursts of throbbing, melody-packed neo-funk electropop. Early 2016 brought notice through the simultaneous releases “One Night Stand” and “Control,” each paired with videos he animated himself, followed later that year by the single “A Signal That Comes Back.”
