Biography
In 1997, the alt-rock outfit Earth To Andy took shape after the breakup of two adjacent groups, Egypt and Red Henry. Former Egypt members Andy on vocals and guitar plus Kevin Murphy on drums and vocals united with Red Henry alumni Chris Reardon on vocals and bass and Tony Lopacinski on guitar and vocals, after which they started booking shows up and down the Eastern seaboard. Giant Records soon inked a deal that yielded the band's first album, Chronicle Kings, produced by Nick Launay and boasting a guest spot by Stone Temple Pilots' Robert De Leo.
