Biography
Emerging from Indianapolis, Indiana, the five-piece post-metalcore outfit Forevermore assembled in 2009. Several participants had already gained experience in the Christian metal underground, where vocalist Kramer Lowe had fronted Onward to Olympas, guitarists Alex Smith and Jared Storm had performed with the Onset, and bassist Michael Taylor had played in Wings of Martyr. Completing the lineup with drummer Sammy Vaughn, the musicians set out to fuse the technical precision of progressive djent with broader melodic structures and songcraft. Their first independent release, Moths and Rust, appeared in 2010, and Sojourner followed two years afterward on the same basis. A subsequent agreement with Solid State Records paved the way for the 2014 arrival of Telos, the band’s third album. Their fourth LP, Integral, surfaced in July 2016 as the second Solid State outing.
