Future Palace, a Berlin-based trio, fuse anthemic electronics with the raw intensity of post-hardcore and alternative rock. The band launched in 2019 via the single "Maybe," then delivered their debut album Escape the next year. Their second record, Run, arrived in 2022, followed by the third album Distortion toward the close of 2024.

Vocalist Maria Lessing, guitarist Manuel Kohlert, and drummer Johannes Frenzel established the group in Berlin during 2018 after previously performing together in other projects. Blending anthemic synth pop with elements of metalcore, post-hardcore, and alt rock, they followed "Maybe" with the second single "Anomaly" one month later and soon embarked on their initial live shows. Early in 2020 they signed with Arising Empire and began tracking their first album, which surfaced as Escape in September alongside plans for a supporting tour the subsequent year. When COVID-19 halted those plans, the members returned to the studio to develop their next release. The singles "Paradise" and "Heads Up" led into Run, which emerged in early 2022. After its release the trio completed their first European headline tour and maintained an active schedule of live dates throughout 2023. They later reconvened in the studio for their third album, again collaborating with Annisokay’s Christoph Wieczorek, who had produced their prior two records. Distortion appeared near the end of 2024.
