Hot Banditoz

Emerging as a pop ensemble with Latino influences and a focus on upbeat summer fare, Hot Banditoz scored their greatest success through the 2004 debut single “Veo Veo,” an updated take on a classic Spanish children’s number. The track resonated in Spanish resort areas popular with German vacationers and settled into seasonal rotation. Later that year the group issued its first album, Mini Disco, which largely consisted of covers drawn from Spanish television programs for young viewers. Body Shaker arrived as the follow-up album in 2005, and the act reentered the charts in 2007 with Best of Holiday Club Hits, another compilation assembled for the holiday travel and resort circuit.
