In 1963 the gifted Italian guitarist Ivan Graziani launched his earliest group, the Serogan, alongside Giuseppe Canala, Bruno Tartaglia, and Luciano Cordivani. Not long afterward he took the role of lead singer and guitarist for the ensemble Anonima Sound, collaborating with bassist Walter Monacchi and drummer Velio Gualazzi. Following the group’s 1972 dissolution, Ivan Graziani pursued a solo path, releasing his first album, Desperation, in 1973 and then La Citta Che Io Vorrei. Beyond his instrumental work, the musician appeared as an actor in the 1981 film Italian Boys and published the 1988 book Arcipielago Chieti, drawn from his personal experiences in the opening phase of his professional life.
