Judeline

Lara Fernández Castrelo performs under the alias Judeline as a Spanish singer-songwriter born in Jerez de la Frontera in 2003. Upon turning 17 she relocated to Madrid, where she began issuing singles and shaped a sound merging present-day urban textures and R&B with the folk lineages of southern Spain, specifically flamenco and Arab traditions. Early notice arrived through joint work with other musicians, first highlighted by her contribution to Alizzz’s Desclasificados (2020) and the independent release of her opening EP, De la Luz (2022). The decisive advance came in 2023 after Interscope signed her; she then issued several charting singles—“Tánger y Zahara,” “2+1,” and “Canijo”—and appeared at Primavera Sound, Sónar, and Bilbao BBK Live. That year she also joined Tainy on “Si Preguntas por Mí,” her most notable international collaboration to date.
