Argentinian vocalist and MC Nicki Nicole first drew widespread attention after a freestyle encounter with Bizarrap, rapidly establishing herself among her nation’s leading emerging artists. Latin Grammy nods followed, along with a domestic chart-topping debut via the 2019 project Recuerdos; additional multi-platinum singles such as 2020’s “Mamichula” and 2021’s “Ella No Es Tuya (Remix)” paved the way for her second full-length, Parte de Mí, which reached the Top 20 of Billboard’s Latin Pop Albums survey that October.

Born Nicole Denise Cucco in Rosario, Santa Fe, the artist spent her teenage years honing her craft at local freestyle events throughout the city, much like other rising Latin American rappers of the era. She soon began composing and posting original tracks online, achieving early traction with her 2019 debut release “Wapo Traketero.” International visibility arrived through her Bizarrap collaboration, Nicki Nicole: BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 13, which climbed to number three on the Argentinian charts and marked the first major breakthrough for both participants. Capitalizing on that momentum, she issued the preparatory singles “Años Luz” and “Fucking Diablo,” culminating in the November arrival of Recuerdos. Featuring guest turns from Duki, Cazzu, and Bizarrap, the album blended elements of pop, R&B, and hip-hop while securing the top position in Argentina.

Entering the new decade, Nicole maintained her hit streak with the trap-leaning “Colocao,” which peaked at number six domestically and earned gold certification in Spain. A follow-up team-up with Trueno on “Mamichula” became her biggest success yet, claiming number-one placements in both Argentina and Spain along with triple-platinum status in each market. After receiving a 2020 Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist, she notched another major entry via Rochy RD’s “Ella No Es Tuya (Remix),” accumulating further platinum awards and hundreds of millions of streams. Those accomplishments supported the rollout of her sophomore LP, Parte de Mí, highlighted by the Mora-assisted “Toa la Vida,” the Mon Laferte duet “Pensamos,” and the solo cuts “Parte de Mí” and “Baby.” Upon its October 2021 release, the set landed at number 13 on the Billboard Latin Pop Albums chart.

A measured series of 2022 releases—“Nota” with Eladio Carrión, “Intoxicao” with Emilia, and a guest spot on Cris MJ’s “Marisola (Remix)”—preceded the launch of her third-album campaign with 2023’s “No Voy a Llorar :,).” Leading tracks “Qué Le Pasa Conmigo?” alongside Rels B, “8 AM” with Young Miko, and “Dispara ***” featuring Milo J introduced the May arrival of ALMA. In 2024 she scored another number-one hit in Argentina and Bolivia via Mesita’s “Una Foto (Remix),” then delivered the standalone “Ojitos Verdes” and the nine-track collection NAIKI later that year.
