Puerto Rican songwriter and producer Mora advances reggaetón through an atmospheric, reflective approach that fuses trap, tropical, and alternative textures. Early partnerships with figures such as Joyce Santana, Farruko, and Bad Bunny preceded his eclectic first album, Primer Día de Clases, which surfaced in 2021. Microdosis followed in April 2022, with Paraiso appearing that November. He sustained the pace in 2023 via the vibrant Estrella.

Gabriel Mora Quintero came into the world in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, in 1992. After observing his cousin at work on beats, he began creating his own music in 2015, linking with artists including Eladio Carrión and Jon Z before posting his originals on SoundCloud. Several tracks emerged in 2017; “Pensabas,” featuring Brray, Carrión, and Joyce Santana, spread rapidly by word of mouth. The 2018 single “Que Habilidad” met similar success, leading Noah Assad, manager of superstar Bad Bunny, to sign Mora to Rimas Entertainment. He maintained a brisk release schedule that included “Si Tu No Estas” with Myke Towers and 2019’s “El Recuerdo.” Appearances on Bad Bunny’s record-breaking 2020 album YHLQMDLG encompassed a guest spot on “Una Vez” plus co-production on two further tracks.

Primer Día de Clases (“First Day of School”) reached listeners in 2021 and featured collaborations with Farruko, Jhay Cortez, Lunay, and others. “Volando” from the set was remixed with Bad Bunny and Sech, turning into a major streaming hit. Sophomore LP Microdosis arrived in April 2022, supported by guest spots from Feid, Jhay Cortez, and Elena Rose. Later that year he issued another full-length, Paraiso, whose fourteen tracks included “AirBnB” with De La Ghetto and “Eivissa” with Danny Ocean. The latter entered the Top Latin Albums chart at number four and also registered on the Top 200 album list. Estrella in 2023 found Mora working with producers Ovy on the Drums, MAG, and Sky Rompiendo on material that crosses the reggaetón, trap, and electronic spectrum.
