Jeremy Zucker

Hailing from New Jersey, Jeremy Zucker works as a singer, songwriter, and producer whose introspective indie electronica incorporates hip-hop undertones. Jon Bellion and Bon Iver rank among his foremost influences. Viral successes such as "All the Kids Are Depressed" and "Comethru" helped propel his first full-length release, the 2020 album Love Is Not Dying, into the upper half of the Billboard 200. His frequent partnership with pop singer Chelsea Cutler yielded the 2021 track "This Is How You Fall in Love," which landed on their second joint EP, Brent II; Zucker then issued his own sophomore album, Crusher, later that year. BENEE joined him on the 2022 hit "I'm So Happy." The 2023 EP Is Nothing Sacred? preceded the 2024 single "Cozy," a collaboration with Lauv and Alexander 23.

His debut EP, Beach Island, surfaced in August 2015 behind the single "'Bout It" featuring Daniel James and Benjamin O. Additional singles quickly accumulated on the same year's Breathe EP. Mid-2016 brought the eight-track Motions EP on 3OAK Music, the label Zucker launched alongside James and Benjamin O. Streaming figures exceeding one million plays per track prompted Republic Records to sign him and reissue Motions in spring 2017. The mid-year single "Talk Is Overrated" spotlighted hip-hop artist and Justin Bieber songwriter Blackbear, while the digital EP Stripped followed in early 2018. May saw the release of "All the Kids Are Depressed," accompanied by Zucker's personal statement addressing suicide and depression; the song appeared on the Glisten EP, which was soon succeeded by the Summer EP. Early 2019 delivered the single "Come Thru" and the collaborative Brent EP with Chelsea Cutler.

A string of singles ushered in 2020 ahead of the debut album Love Is Not Dying, which reached number 57 on the Billboard 200 upon its April arrival. Reuniting with Cutler, Zucker issued "This Is How You Fall in Love" the next year on the Brent II EP. October brought the solo album Crusher, which included tracks such as "Cry with You" and "Therapist." BENEE assisted on "I'm So Happy" in 2022. Early 2023 streaming traction arrived via "Internet Crush" and "OK," both folded into the June EP Is Nothing Sacred?, Zucker's first outing on Mercury Records. "This Time" surfaced several months afterward, and in 2024 he joined Lauv and Alexander 23 on the collaborative single "Cozy."
