Nio Garcia began as a Latin dancer and choreographer before transitioning into rap and film acting, establishing himself early as a reggaeton pioneer through the charting singles “Infinitely” and “Soy Yo.” The 2018 worldwide hit “Te Boté,” featuring Nicky Jam, Ozuna, and Bad Bunny, reached number two on the Latin Pop chart; its 2019 remix, which brought Casper and Darrell into the lineup, amassed more than two billion views. His first album, Now or Never, arrived in 2020 via a partnership with Casper Magico and remained in the Top 200 for seven weeks. Flow La Movie supplied the 2021 tracks “A.M.” and “Sin Panty,” while Manuel Turizo appeared on “Resaca.” A subsequent “A.M.” remix that added J Balvin and Bad Bunny logged ten weeks on the Hot 100. Two further singles charted in April 2022—“Baila Vien” with VF7 and “Nadie” alongside Miky Woodz and Jay Wheeler—before thirteen more arrived throughout 2023. The charting “Mela,” featuring Blessd and SOG, surfaced in July 2024.

Born Luis Antonio Quinones Garcia in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he had danced throughout childhood yet treated the pursuit as a full-time profession once he turned fifteen. Already connected to the city’s urban music community through his own performances, he soon supplied choreography to numerous acts and, within a year, began traveling the world in that dual capacity. While still enrolled in college he took the lead in the 2013 feature Reggaeton: The Movie, at which point he also began experimenting with the microphone. Early recordings reached Flow Music founder DJ Nelson, who signed him and served as his initial producer.

“Infinitamente,” issued in summer 2015, marked his debut single; the accompanying video quickly surpassed 250,000 views. “Borracho y Loco” followed in August 2016 as both single and clip, doubling his YouTube traffic, and a December remix featuring Bryant Myers and Randy became his first chart entry, peaking higher on Latin urban lists. That track initiated a run of seven charting singles. Most of 2017 was spent on tour, yet he still released five singles, among them “Mi Mujer” and “Loba,” and collaborated with Franco El Gorila, Ozuna, Lito Kirino, Anuel AA, and Darkiel.

Breakthrough momentum arrived in 2018. The April remix of “Te Boté” that incorporated Bad Bunny and Casper Magico generated global streaming numbers and millions of video views, landing inside the top five domestically, number two in the Dominican Republic, and the top 200 in the United States. Capitalizing on that exposure, Garcia issued at least two dozen singles or videos in 2019, including the best-selling “Te Boté” remix, the “Mírame” remix with Myke Towers, Casper Mágico, and Darell, and “Llamé pa' Verte” with Ana Mena and Emilia.

The brisk release schedule continued into 2020. Starting with February’s “Me Ignora,” he dropped a dozen singles in the first half of the year, among them the streaming and dance-floor hit “La Jeepeta” with Brray and Juanka; its July remix added Myke Towers and Anuel AA and quickly topped both streaming and radio tallies. Now or Never, the eighteen-track joint project with Casper Magico, appeared that same month, mixing solo cuts from each artist with fresh takes on “Mírame,” “Te Boté,” and “La Jeepeta,” plus newer standout tracks such as “La Nota” featuring Yandel and “Farandula” featuring Jowell & Randy.

Into 2021 the pace held steady with the Billboard-charting Flow La Movie collaborations “A.M.” and “Sin Panty,” the latter also including Farruko, plus “Resaca” with Manuel Turizo. Early 2022 brought the charting “Mood” alongside Omy de Oro and Jay Wheeler, followed by thirteen singles in 2023 that encompassed “Twerk,” “Rolls-Royce,” and “Cumbia.” February 2024 opened with “Amor con Rabia” featuring Juhn; Migrantes and DeMasters joined him on “Pa' LA Discoteca” in April, and the charting “Mela” with Blessd and SOG arrived in July.
