Emerging as a leading figure within Argentina’s trap landscape, Khea has established himself through tracks that center on romance and sex. His sound fuses pop, hip-hop, and reggaeton while favoring smooth, melodic vocals over aggressive rap delivery. By the time he reached 18 in 2018, several singles including “Loca” and “Vete” had already spread virally online. The 2020 mixtape Trapicheo preceded further streaming successes such as “Bien Chula” in 2021 and “Otro” in 2022. His first studio album, SEROTONINA, appeared in 2023, followed in 2024 by Trapicheo: EL DON, a reimagined version of his debut mixtape.

Although born in Uruguay, Khea operates out of Buenos Aires, where he began issuing material in 2017 with the track “B.U.H.O,” featuring Duki and Klave. The breakthrough arrived with “Loca,” recorded alongside Cazzu and Duki, which accumulated more than 100 million YouTube views in a matter of months and elevated him to major-star status. He soon performed alongside Daddy Yankee and Ozuna, while a Bad Bunny remix of “Loca” expanded the song’s reach. Throughout 2018 he maintained an active touring schedule and issued singles such as “Calentita” with Brytiago and “M.I.A” featuring Omar Varela. The 2019 releases comprised “Sola” with Dayme y el High, Myke Towers, and Alex Rose; “Tengo 30” featuring Duki, Cazzu, Neo Pistea, and Tali Goya; and “Hot Girl Bummer” with blackbear. In spring 2020 the mixtape Trapicheo arrived, succeeded by the single “Keloke” as well as joint tracks with OneRepublic on “Better Days” and with guitarist and producer Lenny Santos of Aventura on “Ayer Me Llamó Mi Ex.” Additional 2021 singles included “Bien Chula” and “FVCKBOI” featuring Lenny Tavarez, while 2022 brought the streaming success “Otro” in collaboration with FMK. The singles “Pa Co” and “Young Flex” led into the 2023 release of SEROTONINA, Khea’s debut studio album, which was followed in 2024 by the updated EP SEROTONINA (DELUXE). That same year he revisited his initial mixtape with Trapicheo: EL DON.
