Biography
Having spent her childhood in Sulphur Springs, Texas, Kaci Brown took to singing at an exceptionally young age. Venues across the state hosted her performances throughout her youth, welcoming her at nearly every spot that offered an opportunity. In 2001 the family relocated to Nashville to advance her prospects, resulting in a publishing agreement and songwriting work for country artists well before any record contract materialized. Although she aimed to pursue country music, repeated advice indicated that pop offered stronger prospects. By the close of 2005 she had completed summer tour dates with the Backstreet Boys and seen the release of her debut album on Interscope, all prior to the end of her teenage years. Among the enthusiasms listed on her website are "love," "purple anything," "boys with guitars," and "boys in general."
