Biography
Lexi Walker achieved online fame in 2014 after footage of her performing the Frozen hit “Let It Go” alongside Alex Boyé quickly spread across the Internet. She was only 13 when Portrait/Sony Masterworks offered her a recording contract the following year, which led to the 2017 release of her debut full-length album, Inspire.
Growing up in Sandy, Utah, Walker started to sing at a very young age and began formal vocal training at 11. Her partnership with Alex Boyé on his rendition of “Let It Go” turned into a major online phenomenon that opened doors to national television appearances and concert dates. After signing Walker in 2015, Portrait/Sony Masterworks issued the holiday EP Merry Christmas that same year. Throughout the next twelve months she maintained a steady schedule of live shows while preparing her first album, which reached stores in November 2017.
