Biography
Twin brothers Mula and Polo constitute Mula Gang, a Sacramento outfit rooted in the Oak Park district instead of a broader crew. Their approach marks them as the West Coast equivalent of Rae Sremmurd and Migos. While still in their teens the pair attracted online attention through a cappella clips that circulated widely on social platforms, later sharpening their production with Juneonnabeat, the Mozzy label’s staff producer. Dynasty served as their opening EP, after which the duo released their first full-length album, Twin Stories, near the close of 2016. They soon issued the Zaytoven-produced single “Flip It,” a track later included on their second project, CH. 1 (“Chosen 1s”).
