Biography
New York vocalist Nayobe began her career supplying backing vocals on sessions for Love Bug Starski, the Fat Boys, and Kurtis Blow, landing a contract with Fever soon afterward. Subsequent releases drew scant attention, aside from the 1990 album Promise Me, which New Jack Swing pioneer Teddy Riley helmed.
