Biography
No Fun at All, a Swedish hardcore band, assembled in Skinnskatteberg throughout the summer of 1991. Songwriter and guitarist Mikael Danielsson guided the outfit, whose founding roster featured Jimmie Ohlsson on vocals and drums plus bassist Henrik Sunvisson. After the group wrapped its 1993 debut album Vision, Ohlsson stepped away to commit fully to his other project, Sober. With Ingemar Jansson installed as frontman, Krister Johansson handling lead guitar, and Kjell Ramstedt on drums, No Fun at All resurfaced in 1994 via No Straight Angles and issued Out of Bounds the next year. Sunvisson departed following 1997’s The Big Knockover, after which Danielsson took over bass duties; second guitarist Stefan Neuman came aboard in time for 1999’s Live in Tokyo. State of Flow appeared in 2000 and became the band’s final studio album. In 2003 the Swedish imprint Burning Heart joined forces with American punk stalwart Epitaph to deliver Master Celebrations, a fan-selected 24-track retrospective spanning the band’s entire career.
