Biography
Scott Sturgis, the Cincinnati composer and producer, shaped Pain Station as his industrial techno outlet. After several tracks on various compilations, he issued the project’s first full-length album, Anxiety, through Decibel Records in 1996. Once Decibel ceased operations, Pain Station signed with COP International and delivered Disjointed in 1999, followed later that year by the release of Cold.
