Biography
Peter Stuart first gained notice through his role in Dog's Eye View, from which he departed after the group's 1997 sophomore release Daisy. Going solo, he toured in support of Counting Crows, Live, and Paula Cole while also penning songs for Bon Jovi and the Go-Go's. Andrew Williams, whose prior credits include work with Peter Case and Old 97's, produced Stuart's 2002 debut album Propeller. Although finished by early 2001, the project circulated in several thousand copies sold independently on the road before Vanguard acquired and released it in mid-2002.
