Biography
Hailing from Rancho Nuevo de Morelos in Zacatecas, Rafael Buendia rose to become one of Mexico’s most celebrated and productive figures in entertainment. His career encompassed roles as a composer, singer, producer, and filmmaker, while the 1970s brought additional renown through his performances in Dueto Fronterizo alongside his wife. Known for his work as a corrido singer, he issued multiple solo albums, chiefly through RCA.
