Biography
After relocating to Germany, DJ and producer Shaun Baker launched his path as a performer by first establishing himself as a professional dancer through breakdancing appearances in neighborhood nightclubs. He launched his first DJ sets and various music projects in 1985, issuing material under the aliases K.K. System, Santoshi, and 3 Years 3 Days. Beginning in 1997, Shaun Baker turned to creating his own club and dance tracks, which included the hit singles “On a Helium Trip,” “Back in Town,” “Pizza,” “The Law,” and “Somebody.” His widely recognized turntable-terrorist approach, a label he applied to himself, gained strong traction across the club scenes of Mallorca and Ibiza throughout the late ’90s and early 2000s.
