Positioned along a creative thread linking Lady Gaga's dramatic presentation to Doja Cat's audacious attitude, Snow Wife operates as a pop vocalist drawn to theatrical expression. Breakthrough success arrived in 2023 through "American Horror Show," a shadowy blend of pop, rap, and alternative sounds that unveiled her unfiltered, dancefloor-focused approach. Months afterward she issued her first EP, Queen Degenerate, which carried a featured appearance by rapper Big Boss Vette. The pointed hyperpop cut "Wet Dream" served as her opening release of 2024.
Emily Snow spent her early years in Houston, Texas, where dance formed her initial training ground. She later relocated to Los Angeles with the goal of working as a touring commercial dancer, only to develop a stronger interest in writing and performing songs. Her reference points stretched from Britney Spears's signature dance-pop to the unapologetically explicit rap styles of Brooke Candy and Doja Cat. In partnership with producer and collaborator Slush Puppy she put out her debut single, "7FIGURESUPERMODEL," under the Snow Wife moniker.
