Biography
Formed in Sydney during 2011, the Australian indie rock/dream pop outfit known as Sures originated there. Drawing from surf influences alongside their dreamy, echo-laden guitar work, the group crafted concise pop numbers filled with hooks. Rapidly shaping material into their first extended play release titled Stars in 2012, the band soon earned support slots alongside acts like Real Estate and Best Coast. Their next output arrived the following year as the EP The Night Hero Waste Time Getting Better.
